Ben Monk, of Berlin, secures tools he has acquired over 40 years working at the paper mill in Gorham on his final day at work. At 63 years-old, Monk is the second oldest worker at the mill, a place where the average age of employees is in the mid-50's. The mill closed at the end of the shifts on October 13, 2010.
