First Post from the Concord Monitor: Finding Her Dress

Miss Wheelchair

Plourde, who will be a senior at Keene State College this fall majoring in Psychology and minoring in Criminal Justice, was named Miss Wheelchair New Hampshire and will travel to Grand Rapids, Mich., in August to compete in the Miss Wheelchair America pageant.
