I'm currently working on a photo story about an ex-Amish family (still follow the basic tenants of the lifestyle)...and last time I was there, I saw an Amish woman with a Nikon DSLR.
Your framing and moment in the first shot is perfect! The colors and sense of ambiance in the last one is just perfect. Great job!
