Downtown

Some bars downtown.

River stuff

A man drowned. Unrelated: there is something about Escherichia coli that was found in the Susquehanna River near Harrisburg but no tests have been conducted south of the city. First pic is from the drowning we just heard about that happened two days ago. They recovered the body Mondya morning, and we didn't get there till like 12:30. Not much to see.

Before the candle thing

Screwing around waiting for my assignment to start.

If you look at it a certain way, it almost looks like you're viewing the earph and the moon from uranus. That's right, I said earph, and that's with a P-H cuz it's phat yo.

Candle Boat things

A candle light lantern boat launching on the Susquehanna River for world peace. Apparently the lanterns turn into huge soldiers of god and slay all who walk in their path...I had to leave before the carnage began.

Golfing is th...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Had to shoot some golf stuff today. The first one basically sums up the other 2 that were in the paper...the others was just me doing my own thing.

More climbing

Went out again this weekend with some climbers I've been hanging with. Here's a few things I shot. Just ind of fooling around. Top three are my favorites from this shoot. This is not traditional rock climbing as most people know it. It's not top-roping or leading or alpine so there are no ropes. It's called Bouldering where climbers find routes to make it to the top of a boulder that could be 5 feet high to 20 feet high. And it's not just scrambling up a rock face. The routes are chosen to be challenging and takes a huge amount of strength and endurance to throw down various techniques in order to reach the top. It's pretty f*cking cool and more fun than going to the gym...LAME.

They use pads to cushion the fall.

BELOW: This guy Dan is only like 2 feet off the ground. But it's so hard to resist putting your feet down and continuing along the route.

Horse Race

First time photographing a horse race. It was the Governors Cup Horse Race at the Penn National Race Course. It was pretty fun but real hard because it was over before I knew it. The first one ran.

EC130

Big plane, but not so big...it looks like a fat midget stretched horizontally. There are two pics that are similar and I think I like the one with the guy in the foreground...what about you? The last two ran.

Winery

A story about this couple and their winery. They were moving their winery to the top of this awesome hill with a killer view.
